Dave Pumfrey asked me how I got the plugin for Bookmark and so I decided to share this with everyone. This is what I wrote back to him.
I do not know if I should have done what I did but its done now.
I joined a program called Firepow, It is joined to wordpress and you can build the blog via Firepow. They have all the plugins that wordpress have and they have another 30 extra plugins no one else has.
I am just learning all about each of the features and as soon as I can I will be advertising my blog via Firepow, I will be adding articles and RSS all via Firepow.
They claim that I will be getting so many backlinks that I will be set for life. I am following their very good training videos and I will let you know if it works or not.

Addition to email: I have found it so easy to build my blog and I am now learning how to get backlinks with articles, RSS, Yahoo and more. As soon as I am done I’ll keep you all informed if it works.
There is one problem at the moment, Firepow is built for 2.6 and when I asked them about this they said that they are working on updating to 2.7 and as soon as they are done I will be able to automatically update to 2.7

Making videos is not all that hard.
I used Power point to make slides and saved them as jpeg. I then upload them to Traffic Geyser and just followed the training videos there. The hardest part was setting up your profile on traffic geyser. This is setting up accounts with all the video, bolg, and podcasting sites.
User Name And password. Traffic Geyser will do this for you for $97.00. I think it,s worth it but if you have lots of time you could do this your self. It will take you 2-4 hours to do. You only have to do this once. You then submit your video and traffic geyser will distribute your video to about 60 sites in 1 hour! Then go make another video!
I can now submit a vid in 10 min!
Every video gets you 60 or so back links from highly rated sites. And those links grow as people pick up your video and embed them on their sites. Google seams to rank these videos rather quickly.
If you have a video camera you can shoot videos that way also. Probably want to use Camtasia Studio for this and you can record power point videos with this also! They have a free 1 month trial.
